Private beta
Privacy Notice
Effective and updated 4 September 2026
Who operates CapHatch
CapHatch operates this invitation-only business product. Questions or requests can be sent to team@caphatch.com. This private-beta notice is an operational draft and has not yet received formal legal review.
Information used by the beta
CapHatch processes information that founders and their teams provide, including:
- account, authentication and founder profile information;
- company profile, operating context, markets and business model;
- objectives, milestones, actions and action updates;
- assumptions, experiments, evidence and decisions;
- founder-reported cash, budget, cost, burn and runway context;
- opportunity and support interactions; and
- technical, request, authentication, error and security information processed by the application and its infrastructure.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure CapHatch, maintain the founder workspace, generate and display permitted intelligence, troubleshoot problems, support beta users and improve the product.
Service providers and AI processing
The current product uses Cloudflare for application infrastructure and Supabase for database and authentication services. Where an enabled Intelligence workflow calls a configured AI provider, relevant founder inputs and operating context may be sent to OpenAI to produce that output. Not every screen or interaction calls an AI provider.
These providers process information under their own service terms and operating arrangements. This notice does not make promises about AI training, provider retention periods, encryption standards, certifications or statutory compliance that CapHatch has not separately verified and documented.
Retention, access and deletion
CapHatch retains information while it is needed to operate, secure and evaluate the beta, meet legitimate operational needs, or resolve requests. There is no fixed private-beta retention period in this notice. To request access, correction, account deletion or company-data deletion, email team@caphatch.com. Requests are handled manually during the beta and may require identity or company-authority verification.
Security and international processing
CapHatch uses access controls and technical safeguards designed for the beta, but no system can guarantee absolute security. CapHatch and its providers may process information in countries other than the country where a user is located.
Business users, age and changes
CapHatch is for authorized business users aged 18 or older. It is not directed to children. This notice may change as the beta and its providers evolve. Material updates will be reflected here with a new effective date.
