Private Beta Terms

Access and acceptable use

Beta access is personal to the invited business user, may be revoked, and may not be transferred. Use CapHatch only for legitimate business purposes and only with company information you are authorized to use. You are responsible for protecting your account and for the accuracy, lawfulness and permissions associated with submitted information.

Do not submit unlawful or harmful material, or confidential or personal information belonging to another person or company without authority. Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorized access to the product or another workspace.

Intelligence and founder judgment

CapHatch Intelligence and AI-assisted outputs are informational. They may be incomplete or incorrect and require founder judgment. They are not legal, tax, investment or financial advice.

CapHatch does not promise fundraising, investment, customer introductions, market entry or any particular business result.

Beta operation

Features may change, fail, be limited or be withdrawn during the beta. CapHatch may suspend or terminate access to protect users, companies, the service or the integrity of the beta.

Product and company information

CapHatch retains its product, software, design and related materials. You and the relevant company retain rights in information you are authorized to submit. Access to the beta does not transfer ownership of either party’s materials.

Feedback may be used to improve CapHatch. Providing feedback does not authorize CapHatch to disclose confidential company information.

Privacy, deletion and contact

The Privacy Notice explains current data handling. To request account or company-data deletion, or to ask about these terms, email team@caphatch.com. Requests are handled manually during the private beta.
